Max open deals: -1 enhancements

Currently ASAP only opens a single deal, whatever Max deals amount we configure, if Dynamic price filter is turned off. But if it is turned on it depends on the filter, how many deals can be opened and at what levels. In the deals direction at most a few. Against it and in sideways the maximum possible deals.
