Paper bot error - side in open position LONG but bot will open SHORT

Encountering this error for the first time today when trying to start a new paper bot. It seems to be happening in all my short paper bots today. Yesterday i had no issues with the same exact settings

incorrect … the bot should be opening a short position but apparently its trying to open a long one

The message said exactly what it should. But is trying to open SHORT position, but you already have active LONG position on the exchange and hedge is not enabled. You cannot have LONG and SHORT bots on the same symbol and exchange without hedge enabled.

I see, problem is that exchange is used only for short position bots. The only way this could have happened is if the bot before mistakenly opened a LONG position instead of a short one

Same issue once again, after i copied the bot to a new one, this time is another symbol that supposedly is already LONG although this exchange is only used exclusively for short trades.

EDIT: it fixed itself on the short exchange however on the long exchange, its having an issue now with supposedly existing short positions

How do i manually delete these positions?

You can check all opened positions here
https://app.gainium.io/terminal/positions
Switch to positions tab. The one marked as ‘Not linked to Gainium’ are abandoned and you can close them by clicking close icon.
Also you can see for which bot the position is linked to. If position is opened by multiple bots, there will be only one in the column.

I realized that I attempted to start multiple bots at once, 10 at a time, when these errors started appearing. Today i started the bots one by one and once again, i got no more errors
