Start amount for Combo bot incorrect

This is my first Combo bot, based on XRP and FDUSD

While doing the setup, at the bottom was mentioned that I need 230 FDUSD to run this bot. So I sold some XRP as I didn’t had enough FDUSD.
Then after the start, only 113 FDUSD was used and 41 XRP !! And if I look at the history, Gainium bought 44 XRP via Market order !!

These are all unnecessary steps, plus weird enough not fitting to each other…

I would expect that the bot would first look at the balance and use what is there. There are plenty of XRP available.

And if 41 XRP are needed, I also expect that 41 XRP are bought and not 44.

Hi Maurice,

DCA and combo bots don’t have the option to start using existing base balance, they will always use the quote to purchase base. If you want to use existing base, you can use a grid instead. Since grids are one-time setups, you can know exactly how much base you need until the grid is finished.
