2 bots are dead, the deals cannot be closed (even cancel)

I have 2 DCA bots which are not responding.

  1. Gainium app
  2. Gainium app

It is showing that the deals are still active, but they are not active at the exchange anymore. There is no way to close them (even using cancel), in the portfolio the pairs show up as in use.
