Action Required: Update Your API Keys with New IP Addresses

We’re updating our system with two new IP addresses to enhance performance and reliability. If you’re using Binance or Coinbase, this requires your action.

What You Need to Do

  1. Log in to your exchange account

  2. Navigate to API Key Management

  3. Add the following two IP addresses to your existing API key white-list:

  • 78.128.43.168
  • 217.174.152.25

Do not replace them, only add. You should have 5 IPs in total:

78.128.60.89
78.128.43.82
78.128.8.36
78.128.43.168
217.174.152.25

Please complete this by Wednesday, 4th December, 9:00 AM UTC to avoid interruptions to your trading.

Who Doesn’t Need to Act?

If you’re using Bybit, OKX or kucoin and created your API via “Connecting to Third Party Apps,” no further action is required. If you didn’t connect through third party apps, you have to do the steps above.

will i be able to auto trade while using VPN after adding IP addresses to whitelist on binance ?

It should not affect your VPN connection, this is between the exchange and our servers.

How do is works. When i put the ip adress now for fixed. the bots will not working and give a error after whitelistening ip adress? Trade on Kucoin

That’s odd, did you replace the IPs? You should leave the old ones too. There are 5 in total.

Hi there. I’m using KuCoin and am connected to Gainium using their Third-Party Apps system. There seems to be nowhere to change/add IPs. Will the TPA connection update these, or must I create a new API connection? Thanks.

Oh I didn’t know we had also kucoin on third party apps. Great. In that case you don’t need to do anything I will contact them and it will be applied automatically.

Hi Ares, I have added the new IP addresses but my combo bots will not place orders and there are no orders showing in the charts either?
