Add telegram notification for completed Terminal trades/Smart deals

Hi,
I think it would be very useful to send Tele notif when a deal/trade from Terminal has completed.

I use Terminal quite often for example to buy base for short spot bots. A notif will be very useful because the sooner I know the deal has completed, the sooner I can utilize that base for bots.

There are notifications for Smart Deal / Import deals
but it seems there is none for Simple deal
