Adding the ability to dictate the overall percentage to be used from total account and then adjust DCA amount automatically or Manually. 50% of total account balance for example

The idea here is to manage leverage by locking an amount to manage multiple coins on cross-leverage.
For example, my total account balance is $2000 and I want to use $1000 for the DCA bot and $1000 to cover leverage, then after that only I can access the DCA percentage amount per order.
