Hi. I am running several Gainium bots on Bybit under the affiliate exchange setup. If I sign up for a paid Gainium account, do the bots I run on Bybit count towards the allowed number of bots based on the plan I purchase? A while back, I tried to run a single bot allowed under the free plan on a non-affiliate exchange but received an error message that I had exceeded my limit. So I’m keen to purchase a plan as long as I can use the permitted number of bots on a non-affiliate exchange. Thanks.
Since you used the affiliate link, I would assume that bots on the affiliate exchange would not be added to the total number of bots. Anything else would be unfair.
We will introduce some changes soon. As it stands right now, if you purchase a paid plan all your bots will have the paid perks (200 pairs, low minimum orders, etc.) and no limits on the affiliate exchange. Soon we will modify this so that affiliate bots are excluded from the paid plan and running with the same limitations as free, and bots on other exchanges have the paid perks. But the user would have the choice to remove the limitation on a per bot basis. Those bots without limitations will count towards the limit, affiliate or not.
That is the affiliated exchanges enable unlimited bots and deals but with the restrictions regarding number of pairs and order sizes while the paid plan removes those limits but adds limits to the number of bots and deals even though Gainium would still benefit from deals on the affiliated exchanges?
For affiliate bots to be worth the resources they take we need them to have a minimum order of $5. If the user wants to run a bot with less we need to count it towards the plan limit.
That’s okay.
What about the number of pairs for bots at affiliated exchanges? 50 if not counted and 200 if counted?
What about the bonus that Gainium still receives when a user has “added” a bot to the paid plan?
