Hi Eamon — really sorry for the scare here, and thanks for flagging it. I want to get to the bottom of this for you, so a few quick questions to point us in the right direction:
Are you logged into the same account/email you used to build the bots during your trial? The most common cause of “everything’s gone” is accidentally signing in with a second account (e.g. a different email or a Google-vs-email login), and it’s the fastest thing to rule out.
Were these live bots trading real funds on Coinbase, or paper-trading / backtest bots you were experimenting with during the trial?
Your Coinbase connection should currently be showing as connected — can you confirm whether it still reads as disconnected on your end, or is it back now?
Your funds on Coinbase are never held or moved by Gainium, so nothing on the exchange side is at risk regardless. Once you answer the above we’ll dig into exactly what happened to the bots. Appreciate your patience — I know this is frustrating, especially right after the subscription hiccup.
