Used value in bankroll is the coins that were bought for that amount (according to deals settings).
I can see in the portfolio page coins that doesn’t have required amount. Possibly you managed them by yourself.
As far as I can see, that’s where the diff came from.
Dear Maksym, please advice me I think there is really something wrong because:
Beginning of December, I closed all bots and I needed to transfer the money to my bank (for personal reasons).
So therefore all should be on zero.
Just now a few days ago I startes again.
Transferred money (x amount) and started the bots.
My total value is X + 40% (I need to keep this private because here its in the open, you can see the amounts).
I can reassure you that I do not have more on Bybit
There is really like 40% more shown then I have…
Please advice me.
You didn’t closed the bot fully. You leave the deals opened. The base in those deals are showing in the used section of USDT in bankroll.
I suggest to cancel the deals (as I remember mostly SOL, ETH, you can check those assets in the portfolio page)
Ok thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
Also Ares told me maybe I had an extra API , and indeed I had , deleted the extra API that pointed to the same wallet. But not solved.
Now I will look into the portfolio page… will let you know soon.
Mayksym is still have problems.
There are some old bots I have closed (they are “grey”) so I can not stop them.
The only thing I could do is delete them…
But I can’t because they have active deals?
How to solve this on gainium
I have double checked also on bybit. No deals are there anymore…
You need to cancel deals first from the bot page. You may need to start the bot and than stop by cancel to make it faster.
Yes I did that , It did the trick indeed.
Learned again something new.
It F*cked up a little my stats hahaha but its ok, I am happy with a clearer view of my value etc now.
