Hi all, I’m creating my Binance API key to attach to Gainium, done it 3 times now, it won’t update the balances, they say 0. Any tricks please?
Never had a problem before….hmmmm 
I could use Bybit, no problems API’ing with that,but Binance has some pairs i wanna use
ok so i’m restting my live account, deleted all api’s from binance account i’m using for gainium…will try again tomorrow
We are not aware of any issues with Binance API. Did you by any chance check if you can connect the same API to another provider?
no other provider for sure, ive deleted everything…very odd
i follow the procedure, pretty straightforward to be honest, and it pops up in Gainium with no balance each time. Maybe there’s a setting in Binance…i’ll check
Ok so i’ve reset my whole account and deleted all api from both bybit and binance. Now Bybit won’t connect either. Am i missing something or is there a problem please
Can you clarify what “Won’t connect” means? Are you connecting but not seeing balance, or receiving an error on connection? Or what is it?
So with binance it was connecting but not reading balance, and now when i try add bybit it’s saying api keyys don’t support spot or futures, tried both separatley too.
no error with binance but i shared the screenshot for bybit in the chat here, which is showing an error now. odd because i had it working before
i really can’t see what i’m doing wrong…i’ve used different apps many times…hope u can help 
We will check if there is anything on the logs we can use to rule out any issues from our side. Did you say that the same API credentials were valid and worked ok in another provider?

We checked the logs and can’t find anything indicating there is a problem on our side. I would say maybe try again a bit later to rule out any temporary issue.

No, UAE…. so shouldn’t have any problems.
