Dear Support,
there is a difference in the value between the two Database, in Portfolio Balance Total the nummber differs from the Exchange value.

We have received your bug report regarding the discrepancy between the Bitget portfolio balance and the exchange balance. Thank you for providing the screenshots; they are very helpful.
We will investigate this issue and provide an update shortly.

On exchange page this is not real time value. It’s a snapshot value we usaully take once per day.
You can click update balance on the exchanges page to force update.

I did, when i click update it bring back the correct value in the portfolio total, but once the order got filled the portfolio Total change (decrease) untill i click again update.

When you placed an order exchange sent balance update and we saved it.
Could be something related to mrgin managment from exchange side. From our side everything looks fine.
