Bot Controller Error

Bug info:
It looks like the bot controller is not working. The bots do
not open a deal even though the price has been triggered. The status remains in a state of monitoring and does not change. Please check , Thank You…:pray::pray:

I am experiencing the same issue.
The bot controller is not working properly. When the bot is in monitoring mode and the price enters the specified category, the bot remains in monitoring mode instead of entering the range and opening a position.

The bot should open a position immediately after the price enters the range, but it stays in monitoring mode.

This issue only started happening after the latest Gainium update. Previously, it was working fine. However, since the update, it has stopped functioning correctly. Please check this issue.

In addition, the restart button is also mal-functional because it does not succeed in resolving the error that occurs so it must be done manually. The two bugs that I posted started since the website error today.

Both bots have started the deal successfully.

The issue was caused by a network problem, Which was also the reason of BOT Issue with DCA Order and TP

Regarding the other problem mentioned, restarting will not resolve the balance error.
