Can’t say specifically for your bot, but for me I’ve seen my bot appear to stop working, but really it’s out of sync with the exchange.
Restarting the bot will trigger any telegram deal closures notifications (if deals would have closed) and a new deal starts immediately.
Area and Malays seem to think KuCoin doesn’t always trigger notifications I think
This issue is not a bug but was caused by a Redis connection issue. The affected worker was restarted, and we’re addressing this to ensure better handling of similar scenarios in the future. Thank you for your patience.
