BOT failing to open an order

Hi,

First post and first bug report. :slightly_smiling_face:

Bot URL → Gainium app

My BOT fails to open (a live) new order on Kucoin (USDⓈ-M) and report the following in event log :
“Error: Cannot place reduce order. Position doesn’t exist or already closed”
bot_error

I have checked funding and API settings and everything seems fine. I have a starting condition ASAP.

Could you please help ?

I’ve checked system logs. The actual message is:Leverage cannot exceed 1.
I’m not sure, but looks like some kind of restriction on Kucoin side.
Could you try to check another pair or change leverage?

Ahhh ! Thank you ! In deed, I had the wrong setting on the pair Risk Limit on the exchange side. I have changed the risk limit and all is good now. Bot successfully placed the order.
