Why there is not enough to sell? Where is the amount of coins gone?
Bug info:
Thank you for reporting the issue, Dirk. We have received your bug report regarding the bot not executing the TP sell due to insufficient coins. We will investigate this promptly.
Since you mentioned a bot, we have noted the provided Bot URL (67ab9ad4a2f3d1a083c45870). If you happen to have any specific deal ID related to this issue, please share it with us for a more thorough examination. We will update you shortly.
Hi Dirk,
Thank you for reporting this issue. The “not enough coin to sell” error typically occurs when the bot detects that the available balance of the specific cryptocurrency is insufficient to execute the desired sell order at your target price. This could happen if the funds were reused in another trade or if the balance was moved elsewhere.
Our team is aware of this issue and is working on improving how the bot handles asset allocation in such scenarios. We’ll include a fix in one of our upcoming releases to prevent this from happening in the future.
In the meantime, you can try stopping and restarting the bot, or checking your wallet balance to ensure there are sufficient funds allocated for trading. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Thit is not the case, so i reported this issue. How is it possible that the coins disappear.
There was a deal before the reported deal, it was closed during order placement, because of high volatility. So there were a mixup of assets between deals.
I made a fix to not happen in future.
Thanks for the explanation.
