I have exact the same issues since several days… Can someone from Gainium give an official statement whats going on? @aressanch ?
I was so happy with the performance and usability of Gainium but since a couple of days its really annoing and I think I’m not the only one who has many issues? how long does it take to fix it?

same here since the last 1 hour. I am restarting the bots but getting no response just errors

We don’t have a solution yet and Maksym wasn’t able to work in the last couple of days. I don’t know if he can work today but tomorrow for sure.

Orders are sent to the exchange but with a delay. If you are trading futures or indicators I would recommend to stop them until it’s resolved. Hopefully by tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.

I stoped my main bot due to too much loss… I’m waiting for a solution, thanks for keeping us updatet

We are still monitoring the situation but it seems that it has improved. Do let us know if there are any new issues from today onwards.
