I had to manually close orders as bot wasn’t doing so during the maintenance today. But now bot won’t recognize cancel of those deals, or stopping or restarting the bot.
Need bot ID to check.
Both 6747a0a65f847e9f44b59308 and 674795845f847e9f44b234d2
Did you already managed those orders directly on the exchange?
The only one still open is HIFI. I closed the others because their exit condition was met, but because during maintenance I assume they did not automatically close.
Maksym will check tomorrow. In the meantime if you need to close a deal and it doesn’t respond, try cancelling it and closing it directly on the exchange. We will know more tomorrow.
I will close final deal manually then for safety.
same problem here, since 4-5 hours
same here, can’t edit the deals either.
Be careful when repairing that, if the SL starts working now, it will close my deals in deepest red.
I’m thinking about cancel API keys for now.
Managed to cancel the deals now in gainium, and set the API to read-write again.
Seems that mainly the bot was affected that should have close the deals while maintenance, but can’t say it for sure.
Bot ID was 6733b4a860d01e5ed9b6a2e3 if that helps.
Some bots were stuck in the start state due to a Redis connection issue. We have restarted the affected bot workers to resolve the problem. Please monitor the bots and let me know if the issue persists. Thank you for your understanding.
Hi Fahri,
Thanks for the reply. It looks like a lot of paper bots also didn’t close positions during the maintenance window yesterday. Is there anything we can do to ensure maintenance windows don’t stop bots from closing positions from TA?
Paper bots might also be affected during maintenance windows, as the paper trading system relies on real-time ticker updates.
