Bybit Subaccount margin

Hi,

I am actually new to bybit subaccounts and want to test a strategy live with cross margin.

Can someone tell me if margin and possible liquidation only effects the subaccount or the complete portfolio ?

Maintenance Margin rate is low anyway but
I just want to get sure, the test is save from my portfolio.

Couldn’t find anything helpful on their FAQ‘s.

For your maximum borrowing margin, they consider all accounts: https://announcements.bybit.com/en/article/unified-trading-shared-borrowing-limit-for-main-and-subaccounts-blt65d997ebff81a1df/

But I am pretty sure that liquidation only affects the balance of the subaccount. Also someone mentioned it on reddit: Reddit - Dive into anything
