Cannot run more than 13 Combo Bots on Advanced plan

Hi Gainium Team,

I have exactly 15 Combo Bots. According to my Advanced Plan, I should be able to run them all live at the same time, but I cannot start more than 13 or sometimes 14 simultaneously. I always get a “Cannot start the bot because of plan limit” error when trying to have the 15 running at the same time.

I cannot reproduce the issue. I created and started a combo in your account without problems: Gainium app

Do you still have that problem?

Thanks for looking into this. This is a tricky one.

Sometimes, like now, I am able to start 15 bots at the same time as long as the last started bot is on monitoring state. But as soon as one bot on monitoring goes open then I have a Plan Limit error and the Bot is stop.

I’ll take screen shots of the next one.

Here you go. I started my PENDLE bot right after sending previous message. It has been running on Monitoring for a while and when it went on Open, I got the below error again and it was stopped.

Again last night, a bot that was on monitoring went open and was stopped with the same “plan limit” error shown below. So I am now down to 13 Combo Bot active max, instead of 15.

Maybe there are shadow records of deleted bots that the platform still see as active ?

It looks like everything is correct from our side. Bot slots can be taken if:

  • Bot open
  • Bot in monitoring state
  • Closed bot with active deals

I think it’s the last one that may have been overlooked.

The bug is not happening on Monitoring. It is happening when the bot controller takes a bot from monitoring to open.

I restarted all my bots right after my last post. As long as all bots are in monitoring states everything is fine. As soon as one bot is going from monitoring to open (blue dot to green dot) it crashes and stop with the below error :

So the bug is not fixed.

Create a feature request and try to use the bots without it until the “not-bug feature” will have been implemented. :person_shrugging:
