Can't modifiy posts that are 1 month old

Hello,

I tried to modifiy a post that have more than 1 month old and I don’t find the button to do it (there is no “pen” button to do it as you can see on the image attached). It is possible for earlier posts. Can the rights be modified to overcome this limitation? Thanks in advance!
