Bug info: Today, again, 9 closed trade bots started when I was away. When I try to start them I get an error message saying there are not enough funds, there is no way to stop them, and when I try to delete them I get a message saying that “the bot can’t be deleted since it has open deals”.

Can you please post a bot id.
I’m not sure that understand what you mean start be themselves.
Bot was started by you. Then stopped, and then again started.
In portfolio page you can see that required SUI much more than avilable. You already mentioned that you have problem with SUI bots. Did you mange sometime to sold SUI by yourself?
You cannot delete bot with active deals. Some bots are just don’t have enough SUI balance to close deals. If you want to delete bots, you need to cancel deal and then delete bot.
Before I left home I checked that only 2 bots were started but when I came back after a couple of hours 9 old bots had been started and closed due to different reasons (all showing a red light). I had 9 error messages regarding bots that I had not started and 1 message saying that 1 of my active bots had also been closed due to insufficient funds The same thing happened yesterday.
I have 2 active bots doing the same thing. They both buy and sell SUI at a value of $1500 and are only allowed to have 1 deal (each) open.

First, they sell SUI for $1500 and then they buy SUI on a budget of $ 1500. I thought that would make them safe from economic imbalances.
I have no problem selling and buying SUI manually when needed.
How do I cancel a deal when I can’t start (or stop) the bot?
I still cannot see what you mean closed bots opened deals.
Probably its related to balance management between bots. Some bots might have deals in status start, because of not enough balance, these bots is not closed until there active deal and if restarted the bot it will try to renew the deal. If you want to properly close the with errors - you need to cancel the deal. Cancel deal is not the same as close, bot will cancel pending orders and change status to cancel. In your case there were no pending orders, so deal just should change status to cancel.
Current I can see that you have balance enough for 2 deals. 1 bot already have active deal, second bot only estimate the deal. But you have SL level. If current deal will be closed by SL, you wont have enough balance for 2 deals anymore, and of the bots will throw an error.
We have 2 options: risk reduction and reinvest profit.
I assume that using those you can adjust base order size, so even if some deal will be closed in loss, bot should have balance to open new deal with smaller base order.
EDIT: they are working if direction of the deal and profit currency corresponds. Profit in quote and long, profit in base and short.
It happened last night again. Lots of closed old bots started and were stopped by error messages, leaving red lights. I don’t think anyone tried to start a deal, just start the bots.
I have now closed all started/pending deals in all old (closed) bots (which was a terrible job) so hopefully that problem is now solved.
