Combo bot sometimes ignores buy/sell grids

Hello. I see for the second time a strange error and it is not exactly the one that usually occurs the most, which is the lack of funds in the “bot combo”.
It is somehow that it stops trading, as if it does not buy or sell. In those candles it should have sold but it did not, something similar happened to me one or two months ago in a quiet trade, no sudden drops. It just stops trading, then after several hours praying for everything to normalize it started trading but there were a lot of grid lines that ignored it and seen from the exchange, that is, it was not a display error.
I gave it a second chance this time because I changed the kucoin API to the third-party API that corresponded to Gainium thinking that it could be that, but it is not the case.

Now I just restarted the bot hoping that everything will go back to normal, but it would be nice if the problem was fixed or at least keep the user more informed of the errors both by email and by messaging such as telegram, it would be a great idea to implement :wink:

I have the same problem with KuCoin

This is probably because of low volume on Kucoin orders aren’t filled at the exchange. Also if you look at the grids you use small spacing and candles spikes, Gainium can’t garuantee that orders are filled especially if you use low cap tokens.

The orders weren’t received via user stream. We can’t find any obvious problem from our side. It could be a temporary Kucoin issue or some unexpected error, we have increased logs and will monitor.
