I’m currently using the Gainium Community Edition, and I’ve started experiencing performance issues after the most recent GitHub update.
After spending some time in the app—particularly on the bot creation/editing screen—the interface begins to lag and freeze, even though I’m running it on a powerful PC with modern hardware. At first, I ignored it, but after checking the browser’s dev tools (Chrome F12), I noticed thousands of network requests being sent rapidly.
This issue seems to happen intermittently, but frequently enough to disrupt my workflow. I’m confident this behavior began only after the latest update.
I’d be grateful if the development team could take a look.
Thanks in advance!
Thank you for reporting this bug. We have received your report regarding the bot creation screen freezing after the latest update on the Gainium Community Edition. We are investigating this issue and will provide an update shortly.
I cannot reproduce.
Maybe its related not to update (actually update has nothing to do with bot page) but to settings.
Can you make a screenshots of settings and networks requests were sent? Specifically input and output.
I’ve the same problem.
There is also too little happening in the logbook. The only entries that show up are “cron,” “redis,” “price-connector,” and “exchange-connector.” The other entries no longer appear. I especially miss “bots-dca” and the indicator.
Oh… I’m trying to go back through the versions. But unfortunately, I can’t go back more than one version:
unknown: artifact gainium/main-app:1.0.10 not found
Have the containers already been deleted?
Yes, everything works so far, but after the update (I skipped two versions), it no longer works. All orders are also no longer being executed.
Is it possible to keep three versions? That would allow me to go back and possibly pinpoint the error more accurately.
I installed the latest update, but unfortunately there has been no improvement. Bots can no longer be started. In the logbook, I only see one entry when starting:
api-1 | [17] - 2025-07-28T13:19:08.869Z | Main thread | Bot client | Api call changeStatus [“6865b39fb21e84ae42cdfe5f”,{“id”:“68835473f933619800430258”,“status”:“open”,“type”:“dca”,“closeType”:“leave”},false,false,false]
If I encounter the issue again, I will collect screenshots of my settings and the network requests (specifically input and output) and share them here for further investigation.
