If you look at your list of deals, you see that the 10d old deals were started with $500 order size.
max cost based on current serttings is 1500, but bot still have deals opened by old settings, older start with 500 per deal
max cost is not simply theoretical, max cost also includes opened deals, so it cannot be lower than current cost
Even better would be a column Max parallel used cost and if that value wouldn’t go down again with less or zero deals.
