"Daily Profit" email and "Gainium Dashboard" shows different earnings

For a while I’m getting different earning results from Daily profit report email and on the Gainium Dashboard.

Bug details: For example…

  • Email shows: $48.721 and Dashboard shows: $125.90 on 2 Dec 2025
  • Email shows: $11.357 and Dashboard shows: $12.14 on 3 Dec 2025
  • Email shows: $81.347 and Dashboard shows: $81.57 on 5 Dec 2025

Also, another issue is my UTC time frame and settings are correct but I receive the Daily Profit Email after 1 hour or 2. I usually get these emails after 1:00am midnight instead of 00:00am. Sometimes 2:00am and it changes often.

We have received your bug report regarding the discrepancies between your “Daily Profit” email and the Gainium Dashboard earnings, as well as the delayed delivery of your daily profit emails. We are investigating this issue and will update you shortly.

Hello there!

We’ve rolled out a fix for the daily profit report, so the earning results should now be consistent between your emails and the Gainium Dashboard.

Regarding the timing of your Daily Profit emails, they are consistently sent at 01:00 UTC.
