DCA bot deal transfer to terminal failed

Bug details:

  • Bot URL → Gainium app
  • [Optional] Steps to reproduce →
    1. Click a deal to transfer to terminal
  • Expected result →
    • The deal should be cancelled
    • The deal should appear in terminal as “import”
  • Actual result →
    • The deal is cancelled

    • But the deal does not appear in terminal

    • Instead there is an error notification, see screenshot below

    • Transfer a DCA deal to terminal does not incur more cost on the exchange, why is there such an error?

    • The affected deal id I was trying to move to terminal: 692f7d9c0077d409f8527bda

Thank you for reporting this bug. We have received your report regarding the DCA bot deal transfer to terminal failing, and we will update you shortly. We appreciate you including the bot URL and the deal ID, as this helps us investigate the issue more efficiently.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out about this issue. The good news is, I’ve manually returned your deal (ID: 692f7d9c0077d409f8527bda) to the terminal for you.

Regarding the error you encountered, when a DCA deal is transferred to the terminal, the system checks the available balance, even if it’s not placing a new base order. In this specific case, it appears your free balance was temporarily showing as zero. This can sometimes happen due to a temporary exchange error or if funds were briefly locked.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!
