Bug info:
Can close. It took several Minutes to respond. Is the service running slow under high demand at moment?
Possibly due to the large number of orders some of them must have gone to the exchange queue so we don’t hit the limits. That’s why we are adding 2 new IPs.
Same thing has happened to this bot
https://app.gainium.io/bot/6741ba8121f246c017b5b460
It’s not opened new pair deals for several hours now
Seems like I need to regularly restart the bot
Can we look at this again? I’m having this happen routinely now, and it’s impacting bot performance because every time I change the pairs (when coin gets too hot) and I ensure max deals is kept, when the deal from the old coin is closed… a new deal won’t open until I restart the bot.
And it seems I need to wait until the deal closes before a restart, as I did a restart in advance of the deal closing to test that.
If this can’t be resolved, I’m not sure what the reliable workaround would be… 1 deal per bot? And delete old bots? I guess that can work although perhaps harder for me to monitor the 17 deals my bankroll currently supports. Also makes multi pair bots a bit limited.
ASAP opening new deals on the same symbol the deal was closed.
On bot start, bot will try to open deals on all symbols, less than max number of deals.
Not sure I understand. This is what I do:
Step 7 is the problem for me
After deal closed bot tried to open new deal at BTC, but BTC not in the list anymore, new deal opening finished.
I added it to update list. WIll try to update logic before the weekends.
Thanks! I don’t think this is urgent as I can keep hitting restart every time I see too few deals. But would really help when fixed.
Yes, the bot should always take the latest configuration into account.
