this is exactly what I was seeing where the sell order fills on the exchange but Gainium doesn’t know about it.
Temporary workaround for me each time is to click the Restart button on the bot, and almost immediately you get a notification that the deal closed correctly at the right time, however new deals weren’t opened until the bot was restarted.
Try restarting? Does that work?

Thanks for the feedback. When I reported, your workaround didn’t work, I tried it. Now the “locked” deal has disappeared from dashboard, so I suppose it’s fixed. But nobody replied from Gainium, so I don’t know exactly what happened. I know that day many had troubles at the same time.

This was right when we started experiencing the server load issues. The deal closed as expected it just took longer to show on the bot page. I will mark this solved for now.
