I have an inverse perp BTC bot on Kucoin but I’m not sure it is closing deals correctly.
There still is a position open from 114,562.0. But in Gainium it is saying its closing deals. Could you check if it is working correctly?
And another question, is it possible to get the estimate liquidation price in the bot stats? Now I constantly have to check in Kucoin.
Hello! We have received your bug report regarding your inverse perpetual BTC bot on KuCoin. We will investigate the issue with deals not closing correctly and update you shortly. Thank you for providing the bot URL. Regarding your request for an estimated liquidation price in the bot stats, this is a feature request, and we will consider it for future updates. We appreciate your feedback!
Hey @MrLando Maksym will check on Monday, for now you can manage the position on the exchange directly.
Regarding liquidation price, we have a task for it. I think the issue was that last time we checked not all exchanges provide this information via the API. Will revisit as soon as we have a chance.
We’ve fixed the issue with the first take-profit order not closing correctly after the bot’s base order was filled. This update will be live very soon, ensuring your bot deals close as they should. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
