Error DCA bot short move/usdt

Bug info : I just realized that a bot didn’t activate DCA correctly. It’s a short bot where I’ve never had any problems and identical to the others. The token in question is move. There are no errors reported by the notifications and the bot’s check is green. after restart nothing happens. Token long bot is ok. The funds are there but the bot does not work correctly. On bybit For move I only have the long dca, the short one is missing. All the rest of the tokens or at least part of those seen all have two orders, DCA long DCA short. What can I do?

It seems that this issue is related to an exchange connection problem we experienced a few weeks ago. Currently, the bot is unable to place sell orders due to a limit price restriction on the exchange. Please review the settings and ensure that they comply with the exchange’s requirements for placing orders. Let us know if you need further guidance!

the minimum order size is correct as you see in the image, furthermore other users with the same token on the same exchange have no problems. How should I behave?

Please see attached

the min order size of move is 1 dollar on bybit, the dca set on the strategy is 6.5 therefore correct. At this moment I lowered the dca to 5.6 and restarted the bot. Everything seems to be fine. The reason why the bot stopped is still not clear. Also, why did no error messages arrive and was the check always green?
Thank you

Exchange price rules is not the same as minimum order. They can happen because the bot is trying to place an order too far from current price or other reasons. The bot keep monitoring the price and when the exchange rules allow it it will send the order. That’s why it’s a warning and not an error.

This image corresponds to the moment I noticed the problem. I then restarted it and the grids disappeared. seeing from the events the bot had not placed orders for many days. If the problem occurs again, how can we realize it? Is it not possible to send a message when a bot has problems making the exchange?
