YIKES! Restarted the bot and both deals closed.
Although looking at times of both deals, they had already closed 6 hours ago. Phew!
This happened before, I remember now.
If in doubt, restart bot and check times of deals
I currently have same update issue on Kucoins. Bots do not run/update themselves anymore. I saw exactly the same thing as you, restarted the bot and it closed the deal. Scary.

Also it seems a new deal didn’t open until the restart. So although I didn’t lose money on failed deal (it did actually close on the exchange at correct time), a new deal wasnt started after previous deal close.
Good news if placed orders are executed on the exchange, but as you said it does not restart new deal and also I would suspect the SL no to trigger anymore. Do you also see the update date of the deals stuck in the past ?

How do you mean?
It’s possible that the deal were executed properly but the bot didn’t get the notification from the exchange. I will take a look at it tomorrow.

The network issue has been resolved. we’ve restarted the related service, and it’s working properly now. We’ve also checked to confirm everything is functioning as expected. Let me know if you need further assistance.
