I start free grid bot monht ago and it deleted with exchange connector

We sent you an email on November 8th. This happened because we reset paper accounts that have been inactive for more than 30 days.

I’m sorry to hear your bot was unexpectedly closed. Unfortunately this is a necessary limitation of free accounts, as users sometimes leave bots behind in the free plan that they are not actively monitoring, and these bots use resources. Hence we need to make sure users on the free plan log in at least once a month to keep their bots active.
I need logon on portal one times in week and will be fine?
Once every 30 days is enough.

Is there any clear, visible information about this on the homepage for the free plan?
Are users informed via email or Telegram that they need to log in again to avoid losing their bots?
