GRID BOT failed to close the deal when you stop the BOT

Bug info:

When i stop a BOT in the GRID scenario the deal opened remain active and there is no any question if i want to close the deal or let it remain active.

It should be create a question before to let the user to stop the bot.

Hi Andrea, Please note that there is always a confirmation message when stopping the bot. This step is designed to ensure that users are aware of the implications before proceeding. If you didn’t receive a confirmation message, it might be worth checking your settings or ensuring that the platform is functioning as expected.

The confirmation message i receive is valid in the detail of the deal belong to the BOT, but it does not appear in the list of Bot if i stop it.

In that case it should be worth another Bug Reports. Now there are already two menus that should be identical but aren’t.

The issue has been fixed. We’ve added the same options from the bots table, ensuring consistency and resolving the problem. Let me know if you encounter any further issues.
