I am experiencing an issue with two of my grid bots, POLUSDT and INJUSDT, which are currently showing a red badge and displaying an error message stating “not enough balance.” However, my account clearly shows that I have a sufficient amount of USDT available in my bankroll to support these bots. This has left me confused and unable to operate these bots properly.
Additionally, there is another peculiar issue concerning FDUSD in my bankroll. Despite having no active bots using FDUSD and having exchanged all my FDUSD for USDT both through Gainium and manually via Binance several months ago, I am still seeing FDUSD amounts listed as both ‘planned’ and ‘over’ in my bankroll. Just yesterday, I noticed FDUSD had appeared again and promptly exchanged them for USDT on Binance. Today, I find that I still have FDUSD reflected in my bankroll, which is quite perplexing.
Could you please look into these issues? It seems there might be a bug affecting the bankroll balances and the functionality of the bots.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of these issues.
Thanks. I’ve just converted some POL in USDT because the bot wasn’t buying any of them and I had 0 POL. How is it possible that the bot wasn’t buy despite he had liquidity?
Fabrizio is a member of my community and we make same bots, this on INJ is strange, i’d like to understand why some order will create the error.
It’s not a config problem or everyone would have it. @aressanch
For FDUSD you have active combo bot. FDUSD will be shown inbankroll untill bot active.
For not enough balance. The error is about not enough INJ, not USDT. I can see that problem starts last week. We had some issues in exchange connections. Probably one or few orders updates were missed by the bot. Usually restart should help to make it work.
