Tried to start 2 grid bots today using 2 platforms, both won’t start and won’t provide any warning information. Budgets and availability of funds are fine. After creating the bot they simply won’t start and sit in my closed bot folder. Any suggestions to get these puppies fired up?

Hmm - I killed one of my underperforming gridbots this morning so that I could set up a different one. It appears the credits for this now-closed bot have not been returned to be used for a different bot.
How can I recover the credits from the underperforming bot I killed yesterday, so that I have enough credits to start a new bot? My available credit has not changed / increased reflecting this reduction in bots - it is still the same amount as it was before stopping the bot.
Credits recover automatically. Maybe there are still deals open from old bot? If yes, credits are consumed as if the bot is open.

You have also paper bots, they using credits too.

Ah yes. Thanks! Duh, I haven’t really worked with paper bots since the change in the credit system so this totally slipped my mind.
