Hedge Combo: Excessive Unfilled Orders on Bitget — Configuration Issue or Platform Bug?

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue on Bitget, and I’m not sure whether it’s a bug or a misconfiguration on my end.

I’m running a strategy that places very small-sized orders (the minimum possible), and I keep getting warnings about too many unfilled orders. I’m wondering if this could be related to the order size being too small — possibly falling below Bitget’s minimum fillable amount — or if there’s something wrong with my bot configuration (e.g. step size, order quantity, or tick size).

Has anyone encountered this issue on Bitget? Could this be due to exchange-level restrictions like minimum order size or rate limits?

Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like number of new orders exceeded the limit. You should reduce number of orders

I’m going to try to lower it using smart grid orders or smart orders. I had already reduced this number, but I’m going to be more aggressive to see if the error goes away.
