but when this closed i got logged out and when i logged inall other trades were cancelled at the same time. I cannot see the id of the other deals
Bug info:
I noticed it might be because i dont have a paid subscription any more but on the free plan i should be able to use smart trades, however its not working. I cannot import the deal neither place a smart trade for my account.
Please advice
It was due to hard downgrade to free plan, where existing bots over the plan limit will be closed after some time if the subscription is not renewed. However, it should not affect terminal deals, so we have fixed that. You can try again to import the cancelled deals.
When closing bots on a hard downgrade will that only stop the bots to open new deals but continue open deals or will it also close the open deals?
Other bot providers at least keep the open deals open and running… At least for some bot types.
