Due to a problem with OKX and the indicator service, we have been forced to stop indicator services for OKX exchange. This has been a last resort measure, as the problem started last Friday and it’s affecting the server functioning. We are trying our best to restore the indicator service on OKX as soon as possible, but for now we must stop it to avoid more complications. Note that ASAP or timer bots are not affected, only opening/closing/DCAing with indicators. If you have been affected we recommend managing your open orders directly on OKX exchange.
Would it be possible to start a deal with a custom signal from trading view? Instead of the in built indicators?
Yes that should work, but it may still be delayed processing the signal so if you need to enter within seconds it would be best to wait for maksym to fix the current problem. I will make an announcement when is done.
Hello! Happy New Year! Have you got an ETA when this will be hopefully fixed?
I m currently manually starting the deal as soon as my alert fires, not ideal as i miss out on several trades, should i move the coins to another exhcange? Is it fixable at all?
Maksym found a fix but we didn’t want to release it just before the weekend. We are testing it over the weekend and should be deployed on Monday.

my bot its still showing errors, however i have a deal that is open since before the fix so not sure
You need to check what errors are those, could be old ones. Just delete the red bar.
