I’m running around 40 bots, so I don’t have time to open each one.
I usually use the bots dashboard to check data, like whether the bot is using all the deals, so I can add new ones.
Many bots are showing 91%–92% deal usage. Recently, daily profit dropped a lot I thought it was because of market trends.
But today, I opened a few bots and checked. Even though the interface shows 92% usage, the bot is actually using all the deals with all the DCA orders.
Even when the price dropped a lot after the last deal, it still shows the same usage, and I missed the chance to add new deals and make more profit. this happens to many bots
Can you please check and apply a fix? When all deals are active and all DCA orders are used on a bot, it should show 100% usage on the dashboard. Or even better, add some alert or notification when deal usage reaches 100%. Thanks!
We have received your bug report regarding the DCA bot usage percentage on the dashboard. Thank you for providing the bot URL (Gainium app) and the screenshots. i see fixed bug tag applied but issue still same, when check bot list page it says 92% usage.
But bot used 14 max deals also all DCA orders on all deals, means 100% used.

Problem was found. Its related to old deals before bot settings were changed. You can see that the oldest deals has around 60% usage.
