Move Stop loss didn't work

Bug info:

A short deal was started yesterday at 22:19:14, which was 1.5% in the plus, yet it closed with -0.42% loss.
This while I have the move to stoploss turned on, which should trigger at 0.7% profit and set an SL at 0.5%.

This is not a bug per se, but a delay with the SL move that prevented from executing when it should. We are looking at solutions to reduce the delay and will work on those solutions this week.
