My bot cannot be stopped and deleted

My trading robot reached the take-profit level, but there was no action, so I tried to stop the robot and delete the trading pair, but it could to stop and delete, so I had to manually close the trading pair on Bybit.

Could you please turn off this robot and delete the trading pair?
