Hi,
I’m testing out the combo bot and created on using the default values.
When I start the bot, I get the following error: “Maximum number of orders for pair exceeded”
I’m on the “Basic” subscription?
Is that the issue or what should the settings be to get the Combo But running - if anyone can give me the settings for the bot to run, I can then teak those to suit my situation.
Maybe it’s an error message from the exchange that your bot has opened too many trades at the same time? I think there’s a limit of say 200 open orders per pair.
ok, thanks. I’m using Binance and there is a limit of 200 for Open Limit Orders and 5 for
Open Conditional Orders.
The Gainium support suggested using Smart Orders, have to to check out that.
I didn’t realise that the combo bot would create 200 limit orders using the default settings…
I don’t appear to get the settings right as I get all the time the same error message. As far as I understand I should be ok open up to 200 limit orders in Binance
Yes you have 200 limit order in binance, but that’s for the whole account. If this bot is running into the limit, it could be because you already have open orders in that pair (through another bot, or another platform)
Hi,
I checked it and I didn’t have any open orders in Binance. I also have a 3Commas bot and as a test created a grid bot with 50 open orders, no problem.
So it must be something I’m missing when setting up the ComboBot. What would help if there would be a bot settings that I could copy as a starting point. That would perhaps help me to find out where the issue is.
