To close the deal, please check the exchange and cancel the order there. Then try to restart the bot or close the deal manually.

Response from Maksym below: I will mark it as not-bug for now; I don’t think we can do much about it.
User changed bot settings, bot triggered restart. Previous TP order requested to be canceled.
But from user stream I can see that it was in CANCEL_QUEUED status
This order status doesn’t even specified in coinbase schema
I assume it was temporary bug on coinbase side
