Bug info:
I’ve encountered this error before and raised a bug about it, but it seems the root cause is different.
I got this error on 3 bots… all simple asap Short bots, all on Kucoin.
Basically what happened was, after TP (buy limit), bot successfully sold the base again on the exchange (market sell), but somehow that order wasn’t recognized, hence “order doesnt exist”.
Thank you for reporting this issue, Crocodile X. We’ve received your detailed bug report regarding the “order doesn’t exist” error on your bots.
We will look into the problem with the listed bot URLs and will update you shortly on our findings. Also, if you encountered a specific deal related to this issue, please provide the deal ID so we can investigate further.
Your feedback is valuable as we work to improve our platform!

FYI,
There should be another deal id related to this error, but I didnt include it because the corrective action I did was a mess.
I restarted the bot and tried to cancel multiple times, but since the response was delayed, when the bot finally responded, it fired multiple deals eventhough only 1 deal is allowed (but its another topic for another time).
Having learned from this, i fixed the two deals above by clicking “cancel deal” once and wait for the bot to finish its job.
Certainly! Here’s a friendly and clear response based on the developer’s message:
This error typically occurs when an order is successfully placed on the exchange, but our system is unable to retrieve it through the API, even after several retry attempts. This can happen especially during periods of high market volatility because of the specific processes that some exchanges, like KuCoin, use to handle orders.
Our team is actively working on implementing workarounds to prevent this issue in the future. In the meantime, if you encounter this error again, you can try canceling the deal and then using the “Import” option in the trading terminal to resume trading smoothly. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work to resolve this matter.
