Since few days it take a lot of time to see the bots, loadmthe bot settings, etc. today i cannot see the actual status, actual profits, i cannot see the current cost and current value of the bots , i cannot open bot settings, i cannot do anything on the platfor, i am reciaving a lot of bot error messages. I must take control of my trades on the exchange otherwise it is possible to make lot of losses. I cannot rely anymore on the platform. Can you changesomething? I have ca. 20 bots open,

It’s a resource usage problem.
Something started on Friday and Maksym couldn’t fix it yet. He was working on Monday and made same changes, but that didn’t fix the issue. To make the matter worse he had a personal matter and couldn’t work Tuesday and Wednesday. He will return today evening and will keep working on that issue. Sorry for the delay.

Thanks for your reply… it can always happen. Maybe next time it would make sense to communicate with the entire community via “announcements” because everyone was affraid and people tend to do bad decisions if they are affraid.
