Can someone please explain the numbers in the box?

Looks like this bot is profiting in base. But due to exchange rules sometimes the buy/sell needs to be placed in a different place than in theory, eating a bit of your quote. Then for the fee I don’t know about Coinbase since I don’t use it, but looks like it’s taking fees from both base and quote?
