Bug details: I noticed that the Total Balance notification via Gainium alerts has literally doubled between 23rd Apr and 24th Apr to date. while on the Coinbase exchange shows half the value. I have attached a snapshot from the Gainium alert bot showing the value jump which also correlate now with the Portfolio value in the website dashboard.
As of this note:
My exchange actual portfolio value is $510 (correct)
My dashboard Portfolio value total: $954 (incorrect)
Gainium alert bot Total Balance: $954 (incorrect)
We have received your bug report regarding the discrepancy between your actual Coinbase exchange portfolio value and the values displayed on the Gainium dashboard and alert bot. Thank you for providing the detailed information and the screenshot. We will investigate this issue and provide an update shortly.
Could you please provide the URL of the Gainium alert bot you are referring to? This will help us in our investigation.
Yes Ares, correct I had to add the exchange twice as the exchange deletion occurred by mistake when I attempted a Reset on the Paper account which wiped too the Live account bots and exchange along the way, I suspect because both Paper and Live were active on separate tabs in the same browser.
Since then, the Portfolio value is changing daily up and down but multiplied by 2. The types of traded assets didn’t change before and after the incident. The WB_Coinbase is the second correct activation through the same old API. The others showing in your screenshot are not visible on my interface.
As you can see from the 5X screenshots, whenever I attempt to uncheck the Aggregate box and leave the page and go to the Dashboard page, it returns back checked by itself as soon as I return back to the Portfolio page.
On the other hand, assume I managed to uncheck the Aggregate checkbox in the Portfolio page, shouldn’t it eventually mirror exactly the assets of the single WB_Coinbase Exchange currently connected to Gainium?
