Possible bugs in badges and rewards?

Hello,

I found some weird things around the badges and rewards.

  1. I got 3 strategist badges but no rewards associated

  1. The regular badge seems to be obtained quite easily by some people without really completing the necessary steps.

  2. Ok no problem, I just want to mention that this badge is not just a normal one because it gives more “power” to people as I show in the image. To be fair with the community, it should be given to the people who deserve it, but I understand that this is not something that you modified so could be hard to fix

Yes, Discourse seems to be very buggy if it comes to Badges and honoring those that actively help the community.
