Problems with long future combo bots on Kucoin.

No trigger on stoploss. A lot of liqudations.
Nothin to see on the notification info when there is liqudation
Not started new bot after liqudation, normal bot will start again after Liqu.

Hi there,

Thanks for reporting. We have detected some edge cases where the bot wasn’t receiving the updates from Kucoin properly. We have fixed the reason and it should work fine now.

Good that it works and I hope it will be fine and fixed now.

So what to do next.

I had a lot of liquidations. Stop loss not hit with these Kucoin bugs.

I lost more than 100 usd!

How can we fix this?

Can you help me for compensation?
